Who Are We?
We are a peer-driven and education-focused team based in Bulgaria and Germany, led by the aspiring ophthalmic surgeon, Atanas Bogoev, MD.
Our events are small but impactful. We understand the challenges of modern ophthalmology education because we have faced them ourselves: limited access to hands-on training, fragmented learning paths, and a lack of transparency in courses and programs.
We try to be unbiased and we don't make events solely for profit; we organize practical events as a way to give back to the community! The same way we have always done, as with our patient initiatives and the first-ever campaign to relocate eye doctor refugees from Ukraine to Europe (2022).
