Hands-on ophthalmic surgery training tailored to the attendees' level, goals and experience. The clinical base includes working with microscopes from Zeiss Lumeira and Leica M822, phaco machines from Alcon (Infinity & Centurion), and a vitrectomy machine from Alcon, Constellation.

Surgical Training at PhacoTrainers

PhacoTrainers offers eye surgery training programs designed to support ophthalmologists in enhancing their surgical expertise. Training is conducted daily, except Fridays.

The center only accepts applicants who already have surgical experience and are looking to increase surgical volume. They don't cover the fundamentals of learning surgery. Doctors residing in Egypt or Palestine cannot apply.
